摘要
本文从21世纪上海卫生改革与发展的角度出发 ,分析了上海这方面面临的主要困难和矛盾、上海经济发展水平和国家宏观政策走势对卫生事业发展产生的影响、卫生服务需求变化对卫生资源调整提出的要求 。
From the point of health reform and development in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the main difficulties and conflicts, economic development and macroscopical policy tendency, which affect the development of health enterprises. The paper also suggests allotting health resources according to the change of health services demand, and forecasts the impact on medical services market when China joins the WTO.
