摘要 固态功率控制器(SSPC)是一种智能功率开关组,其测试数据处理复杂,实时性高;设计了一套测试系统,对电源电压、负载通断状态、负载电流值等进行测试,并能实时控制负载的工作状态,完成线路的反时限保护;测试系统可通过CAN总线进行可靠通信,具有较高的通用性和可移植性;实验结果和测试曲线表明,本系统操作方便,工作稳定,达到了设计要求,对多通道负载的测试系统有较高的参考价值。 The Solid--State Power Controller, whose test data is complex and real--time , is composed with a group of intellective power switch. This paper presents a test system to test the supply voltage, the state of the loads, the eleetrie current of the loads and so on. The test system controls the loads and accomplishes the inverse time protection of the loads. The test system completes crediable communication via CAN bus, which has a high level of versatility and portability. The experimental evaluation and test curve show that the test system mets the design reguirements and works stable. The system is available for other multi--channel test systems.
