摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤加减配合西药治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性肾炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组患者给予常规西药对症治疗,观察组患者在此基础上另给予补中益气汤加减方,两组治疗周期为6周,治疗结束后评定疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减配合西药治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effects of modified Buzhongyiqi decotion combined with western medicine in treating chron- ic glomerulonephritis. Methods： 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with conventional treatment. The study group were treated with modified Buzhongyiqi decotion in the basis of the conventional treatment, and the coume of the treatment was 6 weeks. Results： The total effec- tive rates in the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （66.67%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Buzhongyiqi decotion combined with western medicine is effective in improving renal function in the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, and worth being popularized in clinic.
