摘要
完整的德育视野,既要在德育过程之中,也需在德育过程之外,必须关注学校德育环境的生态建构。德育生态环境的整体构成具有系统性,影响机制具有复杂性,形成发展具有建构性,存在属性具有价值性,存在样态具有动态平衡性。德育生态环境通过支撑与制约、熏染与陶冶、引发与导向、检验与反馈等作用机制发挥其德育影响。学校德育环境的生态建构中蕴含着学校德育的深刻变革,其生态建构需遵循生态学的理念与原则,构建国家、社会、家庭与学校的"生态联盟",实现学校内、外德育环境的"无缝对接"。
The whole moral education view should be not only in the course of moral education, but also outside the course of moral education, and the ecological construction of moral educational environment in school should be paid close attention to. The whole constitution of moral educational ecological environment is systematic ; the influencing mechanism is complex; its formation and development are constructive; its nature is valuable; its existing modality is dynamicly balanced. Moral educational ecological environment exerts its moral educational influence by the mechanism of action such as support and restriction, infection and cultivation, initiation and orientation, examination and feedback, etc. The ecological construction of school moral educational environment contains the deep reform of school moral education. It needs to follow the concept and principle of ecology, and construct the "ecological alliance" of the country, society, family and school so as to realize the "seamless joint" of the moral educational environment inside and outside school.
