摘要
目的研究恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤与血小板(PLT)计数的临床意义。方法收集2003年1月～2012年12月我院妇科收治的恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者120例为观察组,并以同期收治的150例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者为对照组。取患者术前、术后晨起空腹静脉血化验PLT和CA125并进行统计分析。结果恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的术前PLT计数升高的比例是59.17%,术后PLT计数下降(P<0.05)。术前与良性肿瘤组相比,早期卵巢上皮癌的PLT计数升高无统计学意义(P>0.05),而晚期卵巢上皮癌的PLT计数升高有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者术前PLT计数增高明显,手术后PLT计数降低。PLT计数的变化为恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的诊治及预后评估提供了一项重要参考指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood platelet count in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods All patients were collected from our hospital from Jan 2003 to Dec 2012. Pre-and post-operative platelet count and CA125 were compared among two groups：the epithelial ovarian cancer group （n=120） and the benign ovarian tumor group （n= 150）. Results The ratio of thrombocytosis in pre-operative patients of epithelial ovarian cancer was 59.17%.Compared with the pre-and post-operative platelet count, the blood platelet count was decreased after surgery （P〈0.05）. Compared with the benign ovarian tumor group, the increasing of the platelet count of pre-operative early stage epithelial ovarian cancer group weren＇t statistically significant （P〉0.05）, the increasing of the platelet count of pre-operative advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion An increased platelet count is commonly seen in patients with the advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, but it usually decreases after surgery. Blood platelet count can be used as a marker for epithelial ovarian cancer to evaluate diagnose prognosis and therapy.
