摘要
在城市中河流是非常关键的资源,同时也是环境的载体,由于城镇面积的日益加大以及人为干预的日益严重,大面积的城市河流已经出现水污染,生态失衡,河流过流能力降低以及河流不畅等情况。目前一个有效处理城市生态河流的措施就是水量水质联合调度,该方法可以使生态城市河流管理办法真正得到实施,保证经济社会的健康发展。结合实例对水量水质联合调度模型在生态城市河流中的运用进行了探讨。
Rivers are vital resources and environmental carrier for a city. Affected by the increased urban area and increasingly serious human intervention, water pollution, ecological unbalance and reduced river flow capacity have influenced the most rivers in the city, and the rivers are not smooth any more. At present, an effective measure to deal with the ecological rivers in a city is to carry out cooperating management for water quantity and water quality. This method is to guarantee the ecological river man- agement model to be implemented effectively in an ecological city and to guarantee the healthy development of an economic socie- ty. The application of cooperating management model of water quantity and water quality is expounded based on the case.
