摘要
针对合肥市城区社会体育指导员的现状,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法对其进行了研究。结果显示:合肥市社会体育指导员年龄偏大,学历和专业等级较低,体育专业人才缺乏,基本上没有接受正规专业培训,并且指导的活动项目偏老龄化,指导的人数和项目随季节变化而变化;社区活动经费严重不足、活动场地设施缺乏及参与者不够稳定等都是社会体育指导员开展工作的障碍。
Using the methods of questionnaire and statistics, this paper makes an investigation into the status quo of social sports instruc- tors of urban areas in Zunyi city. The findings are as follows： the social sports instructors are comparatively older and their formal schoo- ling and professional level are a little lower; besides, there is in the need of professional talents and most of the instructors do not receive formal professional training; the funds for community activity are very insufficient; there is a shortage for facilities of activity; and the number of participants is not stable. All of these are the obstacles to carrying out the instructors＇ work successfully.
