摘要
以北方超级稻铁粳7号为试验材料,分析了氮肥运筹对水稻产量形成及品质的影响。结果表明,施纯氮255 kg/hm2、基蘖肥∶穗粒肥为8∶2的处理以显著增加有效穗数来获得高产,施纯氮165 kg/hm2、基蘖肥∶穗粒肥为6∶4的处理以提高结实率和千粒重来提高产量;适当降低施氮量、增加穗粒肥比例,有利于提高齐穗后的叶绿素含量,促进干物质积累,优化产量结构,稳产高产,节本增效;增加施氮量和前氮后移提高了蛋白质含量,但降低了直链淀粉含量和食味值。
The super rice Tiejing No.7 number was used to study the yield formation and quality under nitrogen application.The results showed that nitrogen application at 255 kg / hm2 and with the ratio 8∶2 for basic tiller fertilizer to ear granular fertilizer increased the effective panicle per unit area to obtain high yield;nitrogen application at 165 kg / hm2 and with the ratio 6∶4 for basic tiller fertilizer to ear granular fertilizer improved seed setting rate and 1 000-grain weight to increase yield.Appropriately reducing nitrogen and increasing ear granular fertilizer rate could improve the chlorophyll content after heading 、dry matter accumulation and yield components,achieve high and stable yield,raise economic efficiency;The more nitrogen amount and application at late growth stage increased the protein content,but decreased the amylose content and taste value.
