摘要
分析了城乡结合部流动人口实际管理的困难,从制度安排、治理机制和社会融合三个层面提出相关的措施,以便促进我国城乡结合部流动人口的管理可持续协调发展。
With the advancement of China＇ s urbanization process, the management of the floating population has become an economic and social problem which cannot be ignored in the integration of urban and rural areas which is the leading edge of urbanization. From the aspects of government ad- ministration, we need to formulate corresponding management methods and means to balance urban and rural integration of floating. By researching the urban-rnral fringe of difficulty of the actual man- agement of the floating population, and based on the system arrangement, the governance mechanism and social integration, we put forward relevant measures, so as to promote the sustainable coordinated development of urban and rural integration of floating population in China.
