系统早期活动方案用于肩袖损伤术后患者功能锻炼效果探讨 被引量:26

Impact of a systematic early exercise program on rehabilitation of patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery

摘要 目的探讨系统早期活动方案的制定与实施对肩袖损伤关节镜下修复术后患者功能恢复的效果。方法将70例肩袖损伤关节镜下实施修复患者随机分成观察组36例和对照组34例,观察组实施系统早期活动方案,对照组给予常规护理指导。分别在术前及术后6个月评价两组肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节功能、主动前屈上举和体侧外旋活动度。结果观察组肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节功能、主动前屈上举和体侧外旋活动度显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论系统早期活动方案可促进肩袖损伤术后患者肩关节功能的恢复。 Objective To explore effect of early exercises on rehabilitation of patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery. Methods Seventy patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair were randomly divided into an observation group (n= 36) and a control group (n= 34) receiving systematic early exercise intervention or conventional patient education respectively. Shoulder pain, shoulder function, and range of active forward flexion and external rotation were measured before and 6 months af- ter the operation. Results Shoulder pain, shoulder function, and range of active forward flexion and external rotation were signifi- cantly better in the observation group than those in the control group (P^0.05 for all). Conclusion The systematic early exercise program could effectively promote recovery of shoulder function in patients after arthroscopie rotator cuff repair.
