三七总皂苷双向调节新血管生成作用研究进展 被引量:6

Research progress of the dual regulatory effects of Panax Notoginseng Saponins on angiogenesis

摘要 冠心病和恶性肿瘤是危害人类生命和健康最主要的两大疾病魁首,冠心病合并肿瘤的发病正在对人类健康造成更大的危害。以血管生成为靶点挖掘并阐释中药促进缺血性疾病血管新生,和/或通过抑制肿瘤血管的生成进而破坏或抑制肿瘤的生长和转移的作用研究,得到了极大的关注。三七总皂苷及其活性成分独特的药理活性,既能够通过促血管生成改善心肌缺血,治疗缺血性心脏病;也能够通过抗血管生成抑制肿瘤的生长和转移,相关研究报道日渐积累。文章将对近年来的相关报道进行综述,以期为同道进一步深入研究及其临床应用参阅。 Coronary heart disease (CHD) and malignant tumors are ranked as top two life and health-threatening diseases. The combined existence of both CHD and cancer poses even greater danger to human health. Targeting angiogenesis, either to promote angiogenesis under ischemic conditions or to inhibit angiogenesis to interfere with tumor growth and/or metastasis, has been gaining increased attention to develop the therapeutic effects of TCM. Accumulated evidence has indicated that Panax notoginseng saponins and its active ingredients possess unique pharmacological activities with respect to regulating angiogenesis. They can not only achieve beneficial therapeutic effects in treating ischemic myocardium through promoting neovascularization, but also inhibit tumor growth and metastasis by inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. This paper summarizes the recent comprehensive literature coverage to make a review, which will provide a reference for further in-depth mechanistic and clinical studies.
