摘要
中医药在防治大肠癌作用机制方面的研究已深入到分子水平,包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、影响肿瘤细胞周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制血管新生、抗侵袭转移和逆转多药耐药等方面。文章将中药治疗大肠癌的体外细胞实验及体内动物实验的研究进展做一综述,并分析其机制,为中医药防治大肠癌的更深入研究及临床应用奠定基础。
The treatment of colorectal cancer by traditional Chinese medicine has penetrated to the molecular level, including proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, angiogenesis, invasion, multidrug resistance and so on. We reviewed the vitro and vivo experimental researches of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of colorectal cancer and analyzed its mechanism for the in-depth studies and clinical applications.
