摘要
中医学术流派在历史上丰富和发展了中医药理论与实践,文章首次提出中医学术流派的概念,对于如何保护、传承与发展中医学术流派等学术研究过程中必须深入思考和认真解决的重大的、规律性问题进行了探讨。在共性的传承传播规律中寻找适合流派生存发展的土壤和空间,立足于"继承",着眼于"创新",充分挖掘流派文化的价值内涵,增强流派文化的凝聚力和吸引力,注重中医学术流派之间相互沟通、融合借鉴、科学整合,在彰显中医学术流派特色的基础上提高临床疗效、扩大影响、吸纳参与者,发展壮大流派,是中医学术流派传承发展中值得深究的话题。
Academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） have historically enriched and developed the TCM theory and practice. This paper first put forward the conception of TCM academic schools, and discussed a major and regulative issue, how to protect, inherit and develop the TCM academic schools, that must be well thought and seriously solved in the process of academic study. We should seek the soil and space suitable for the TCM schools to live and develop from common inheritance and communication rule. Based on inheritance and focused on innovation, we should fully explore value connotation of the school culture, enhance its cohesion and attraction, also pay attention to intercommunication, comprising reference and scientific integration among the TCM academic schools, moreover, on the basis of demonstrating TCM academic schools characteristic, we need to improve the clinical efficacy, expand the influence, attract the participants, and develop and strengthen schools, This is a topic worth exploring in the development of TCM academic schools.
