央行发布通知规范RQFI境内证券投资试点工作 5月2日．中国人民银行发布《中国人民银行关于实施（人民币合格境外机构投资者境内证券投资试点办法〉有关事项的通知》．就人民币合格境外机构投资者开立基本存款账户、专用存款账户，投资银行间债券市场等问题给予进一步明确．并对试点的有关规定进行修改和完善。
The People＇s Bank of China issues a circular to regulate the pilot program of RQFII domestic securities investments. The circular further specifies the opening of basic deposit accounts and special deposit accounts by RQFIIs and issues regarding the interbank bond market investment, and amends and improves the relevant provisions of the pilot program.
