进出口动物产品中ADV和CPV复合PCR方法的建立和应用

Establishment and Application of Multi-PCR Detective Methods for ADV and CPV in Imported and Exported Animal Products

摘要 针对ADV和CPV基因序列保守区域设计两对引物,建立了ADV和CPV复合PCR方法,并对进出口动物样品进行了检测。结果表明,该方法特异性和敏感性良好,非常适宜临床样品的大量筛选检测,为建立特异、敏感、快速的水貂阿留申病和犬细小病毒病检测方法奠定了基础。 Two pairs of specific primers ware designed according to the ADV and CPV gene conserved sequence. The multi - PCR method for detecting ADV and CPV was established. The results show that this method has good specificity and sensitivity and is quite suitable for screening detection of lots of clinical samples. Therefore, the study provides the basis of the construction of specific, sensitive and rapid multi -PCR detective method of the ADV and CPV.
