摘要
随着社会的进步和变迁,高职院校学生管理工作也面临着前所未有的挑战,传统的学生管理方式已无法解决日益复杂的学生问题。社会工作者介入到高职院校学生管理工作中,可以改变传统的工作理念和模式,整合各个方面的资源,是解决学生问题的有效途径。由于我国社会工作起步较晚,社会工作者在高职院校学生管理工作中的介入仍存在多重困境,必须争取政府扶持,明确角色定位,完善规章制度,提高社会工作者的专业化水平,采取多种措施促进学校社会工作的发展。
With social progress and change,management work of students in higher vocational colleges is also facing unprecedented challenges.Traditional students＇ management cannot solve the increasingly sophisticated students＇ problems.Involvement of social workers to students＇ management work in higher vocational colleges can change the traditional concept and mode of work and integrate all aspects of resource,which is the effective way to solve the problem of students.Because our social work started later,there still exist multiple difficulties for the involvement of social workers in students＇ management of higher vocational colleges.It should seek government support,clarify roles＇ orientation,perfect rules and regulations,increase the level of social workers＇ professionalism,and adopt various measures to promote the development of social work in colleges.
