摘要
高职院校辅导员是毕业生就业工作体系中最基本的环节和骨干力量,在毕业生就业指导工作中起着桥梁和纽带作用。高职院校辅导员开展就业指导工作既有优势也存在问题。结合高职院校办学特点和工作实际,指出辅导员在开展就业指导工作中,要明确工作职责,探索科学有效的监督考核办法;建立激励机制,激发辅导员开展就业指导工作的热情;整合有利资源,开展全程化、个性化、多方位的就业指导。
Instructors in higher vocational colleges are the basic link and cadre in the system of graduates＇ employment work,which play the role of bridge and tie of graduates＇ employment guidance.There exist advantages and disadvantages for instructors in higher vocational colleges to develop employment guidance work.Combining the running characteristics and working practice in higher vocational colleges,this paper points out instructors should clarify their work responsibility and explore scientifically effective monitor check method in developing employment guidance work.It should establish stimulation mechanism to inspire their enthusiasm for developing employment guidance work.It can integrate the beneficial resources to develop employment guidance of full process,individualization and multi-direction.
