摘要
通过对贴布绣产品特点和印花工艺特点的研究,提出了仿贴布绣效果的特种印花工艺的技术方案。针对贴布绣产品外观效果的模仿,首先采用涂料和遮盖浆混合实现了仿贴布浆的设计和工艺优化;然后以发泡印花为基础,采用发泡浆作为仿绣工艺的色浆,提出仿绣浆的工艺优化方案;最后,根据特种印花工艺的技术特点,提出仿贴布绣印花过程的参数优化方案,包括温度、时间等参数。此外,通过工艺实践和产品开发证明了研究提出的仿贴布绣效果印花工艺的应用价值,为中国传统纺织艺术的创新设计提供技术借鉴和设计参考。
This paper puts forward the technical proposal of special printing process imitating the effect of applique according to characteristics of applique products and printing process;first realizes design and process optimization of imitated applique paste by mixed use of coating and covering paste in allusion to the imitation of appearance effect of applique products;puts forward the process optimization of imitated embroidered paste with foaming paste as the color paste in imitated embroidered process based on foam printing;finally puts forward parameter optimization proposal in the printing process of imitated applique according to technical features of special printing process,including such parameters as temperature and time.In addition,this paper demonstrates the application value of printing process imitating the effect of applique put forward in the research through process practice and product development and provides technical and design reference for innovative design of traditional Chinese weaving art.
