摘要
利用扫描电镜技术,观察了碧蛾蜡蝉雌、雄成虫触角及其感器的形态与分布.结果显示碧蛾蜡蝉成虫触角为刚毛状,由柄节、梗节、鞭节组成.雌虫触角稍长于雄虫;雌、雄成虫感器数量不多,但感器类型丰富,有毛形感器(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型)、具弯钩感器、带状感器、腔锥形感器、耳廓形感器、三角形感器、耳形感器共7类.两性间存在明显差异,具弯钩感器和毛形感器Ⅱ型仅分布在雄虫触角柄节,而带状感器和耳形感器仅分布在雌虫触角柄节.雌、雄成虫触角鞭节均未发现有感器的存在.
Antennal morphology and sensilla on the antennae of Geisha distinctissima Walker have been observed with scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the setaceous antenna is comprised of a scape,pedicel and flagellum.The antennae of females are longer than those of males.The number of sensilla is not much,but the types of sensilla are rich.There are two types of sensilla trichodea,bent-tipped sensilla,zonated sensilla,sensilla coeloconica,ear-shaped sensilla,sensilla triangle and sensilla auricillica.Bent-tipped sensilla and ST2 are only found on the antennae of males,instead,zonated sensilla and sensilla auricillica have observed on that of females.There are no any sensilla on flagellum.
