摘要
针对外矿原始粒度大,褐铁矿比例高、烧损大的特点,石钢公司烧结厂在确保烧结矿质量的前提下,通过制作安装可调式自动压料装置、提高燃料配比、混匀料二次加水、合理调整烧结工艺参数等措施,280 m2烧结机实现了全外矿烧结,有效降低了铁前成本。
To the features of foreign purchased iron ore： large original size, high ratio of limonite and large burning loss, some measures are adopted to guarantee the quality of sinter in Shi Steel： manufacturing and in stalling adjustable automatic material pressing device, increasing fuel proportioning ratio, secondary adding water in even mixing material and reasonably adjusting sintering process parameters. Sintering with com plete foreign purchased iron ore is realized in 280 m2 sintering machine and the cost before iron making effectively reduced.
