昆仑雪菊总黄酮的提取及含量测定 被引量:13

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法测定不同提取物中总黄酮的含量.结果表明,解析热提法效率较高,提取所用时间较短.昆仑雪菊总黄酮在浓度为0.008-0.080mg·mL-1的范围内具有良好的线性关系,操作简便,重现性好,回归方程为A=15.508C-0.0044,R2=0.9995.水煮提液中的总黄酮含量最高,平均为16.62%;而乙醇回流提取液中总黄酮含量较低,为9.04%.稳定性实验结果表明,昆仑雪菊总黄酮在一个小时之内稳定性良好.昆仑雪菊中水溶性总黄酮含量高,有较好的应用前景. The extraction of flavonoids in coreopsis flavonoids by UV methods. The results showed that tinctoria flowers from Kunlun Mountain and determine the total the resolution extraction was the most effective and the extrac- tion time was short. The total flavonoid has a good linear relationship at a concentration range of 0.008-0.080mg. mL-1,the regression equation was A=15.508C-0.0044 ,R2=0.9995. ,the content of flavonoid in boiled extract was 16.62%,but the content of flavonoid in alcohol extract was 9.04%. The results of stability experiment showed that the total flavonoids in coreopsis tinctoria flowers had a good stability in a hour. The Coreopsis tinctoria flower has relatively high content of water--soluble flavonoid, Coreopsis tinctoria flowers had good application prospects.
