摘要
确定商品合适的库存量是每家物流企业都会面临的现实问题,他们经销成千上万种商品,不同的商品有不同特点,应根据商品的特点选择不同方法确定商品合适的库存量。重点探索根据商品销售量的季节变动规律来确定商品库存量的方法,另外还分析商品ABCD分析法及根据产品寿命周期来确定商品库存量的方法。
To determine appropriate inventory is a realistic problem facing every logistics enterprise.Logistics enterprises distribute tens of thousands of goods,which have different characteristics,so logistics enterprise should choose different ways to determine the appropriate inventory according to goods’ characteristics.In order to determine the commodity inventory,this paper gives a detailed exploration of season variation of the commodity sales and then proposes two effective methods： commodity ABCD analysis and the product life cycle.
