摘要
针对国内甘薯收获机械严重短缺现状,研究防缠绕、低破损和减阻降耗等关键技术或机构,设计了一款适宜平原坝区或丘陵缓坡等大田块沙壤或沙浆黑土地作业的4GS—1500型甘薯宽幅收获机,该机升运系统采用了两段式输送结构,前段保障分离效果,后段保障输送效果。田间试验表明:安装防缠绕装置有利于提高明薯率、降低伤薯率、提升作业顺畅性、保障生产率;采用前端两侧漏土栅结构有利于提高明薯率、作业顺畅性和生产率,但会小幅增加伤薯率。
In the paper,due to the serious shortage of domestic sweet potato harvester,the key technologies or mechanisms such as antiwinding,low breakage,drag reduction and reducing consumption were studied,4GS-1500 type wide sweet potato harvester suitable for the job in sandy soil or sand plasm soil of large plains dam area and hills gentle slope was designed.The elevator system of this machine used two-stage conveyor structure,the front ensure the separation effect,the end ensure the transport effect.The field experiment results showed that the anti-winding equipment could improve the visible sweet potato and job smoothness,reduced the injured sweet potato and ensured productivity;the both sides missing soil trash rack structure could improve the visible sweet potato,job smoothness and productivity,but could increase the injured sweet potato slightly.
