摘要
设计了一种新型水田整地筑埂机。该机采用80~100kW拖拉机为动力,一次进地,同时完成整地和筑埂作业。该机主要由牵引架、液压控制机架、传动齿轮减速箱、碎土装置、集土器、液压油缸、行走轮、埂形筑埂器等部分构成。阐述了其工作原理及关键部件的设计,说明了机器的工作状态、适用范围和主要技术指标。该机结构设计合理,为我国大面积平原地区水田开发水稻生产过程中筑埂机械化提供了技术支持。
In this paper,a new land rotary tillage and ridge combined machine for paddy field was designed.The tractor of 80 ~ 100kw power was used and land rotary tillage and ridging were completed at the same time.It mainly consisted of the draw gear,hydraulic control frame,gearbox,crushing device,soil collector,hydraulic cylinder,walking wheel,ridging device.The working principle and the important parts were reported.In addition,some main parameters and the application were discussed.The results showed that the structure was designed reasonably and the supports were provided to mechanization of ridging in paddy field.
