摘要
医疗保障制度改革给医疗市场带来前所未有的冲击 ,使医院面临着严峻形势 ,也给医院带来了巨大的发展机遇。医院如何抓住医改的机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,积极稳妥地推进内部改革 ,探索总结出医院与医改运行相适应的经营机制和管理模式 ,是摆在每个医院管理者面前的一个课题 ,文章从 6个方面总结在医改的新形势下 。
Reform of medical insurance system brought unprecedented impact to medical market and made hospital face severe situation. Meanwhile, it brought great chance of development for hospital. It was a task for every hospital administrator that how to grasp this chance to stably push forward internal-reform and probe hospital operation mechanism and management model which could be adapted in reform of medical insurance system. The author introduced his hospital how to change hospital management model and operation mechanism and the performance they achieved from six aspects.
