知识经济时代,人力资源对于社会经济发展有着越来越强大的作用。而EAP(Employee Assistance Programs)也越来越成为众家企业重视的培训版块。为了舒缓员工的压力,改进员工生产效率和生活质量,EAP培训正在中国悄然兴起。着重浅析EAP在员工压力管理中的作用,通过各种方式去提升员工工作满意度、减缓其工作压力。
In the modern time, human resources for the social and economic development has a more powerful role.The EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) are becoming more and more attention to the training of public enterprises in section.In order to relieve pressure on staff and improve employee productivity and quality of life, EAP training is quietly rising in China.This emphasis on the need for training of EAP, and its development process, and the EAP in the staff play an important role in stress management ways and means.
