摘要
目的:制定肝星颗粒剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对苦参、虎杖、龙胆、五味子，延胡索进行定性鉴别；用薄层扫描法对虎杖中的大黄素进行了含量测定。结果:本文方法简便，准确，含量测定平均回收率为97.6%，RSD为1.0%。结论:通过本文方法能有效地控制该药品的质量。
OBJECTIVE：To establish standard for quality control of Gan Xin Granule. METHODS：To identify Radix Sophorae Flavescentis、Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati、Radix Gentianae、Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis、Rhizoma Corydalis by TLC,To determinate emodin in Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati by TLC Scan.RESULTS：The average recoveries is 97.6% ( RSD =1.0%).CONCLUSIONS：This method is simple、accurate and good for control qualities of this medicine.
