摘要
目的 :观察前列腺素 E1 (PGE1 )和曲克芦丁治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :将 82例急性脑梗死患者随机分 2组 :治疗组 42例 ,PGE1 2 0 0︼g,iv gtt,qd;对照组 40例 ,曲克芦丁 0 .6 g,iv gtt,qd。 14d为一疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率 88.1%优于对照组总有效率 70 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗前后血液流变学的变化治疗组优于对照组。结论 :PGE1 是治疗急性脑梗死 ,特别是轻、中型患者的一种安全有效药物。
AIM: To compare the curative effect of prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) with troxerutin on acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: Eighty two cases were divided randomly into 2 groups PGE 1 group and troxerutin group. Forty two cases being injected with PGE 1 were compared with 40 cases with troxerutin injection. RESULTS: The efficiency rate (88 1%) of the PGE 1 group was higher than that (70%) of the troxerutin group ( P<0 05 ). The change of blood rheology of the PGE 1 group was better that that troxerutin group. And the mechanism of action of PGE 1 was investigated. CONCLUSION: The PGE 1 is a safe and effective medicine for acute cerebral infarction, especially for low and medium grade patients. The medicine shows reliable curative effects on acute cerebral infarction with few adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
