摘要
对一个双波段红外光学系统进行完整的光机热集成分析,包括光学设计、结构设计和结构分析,利用MSC Nastran和Patran对光机结构系统进行热弹性计算.分析可知4镜和5镜以及5镜和6镜间距的变化对系统整体成像质量的影响最大,热弹性计算结果 4镜和5镜间距改变30μm而5镜和6镜间距改变6μm,最后将值代入Zemax中,分析成像质量,通过比较镜间距改变前后的25线对儿处的MTF曲线,分析系统是否满足设计要求.
A dual band infrared optical system is totally analyzed using optical structure thermalintegrated analyzed method, including optical design, structure design and analysis. Thermo-elastic analysis for the optical-mechanical structure is conducted by MSC Nastran and Patran. By means of optical analysis of the system, the changes of distance between No. 4 and No. 5 lens as well as No. 5 and No. 6 lens have the biggest influence on image quality. The result of thermo-elastic calculation is that the change of distance between No. 4 and No. Finally, to analyzing the image quality, software Zemax. By comparing among lens, a conclusion could 5 lens is 30 μm, and 6μm between No. 5 and No. 6 lens. the distance changes of lens is introduced the MTF curve at 25 line pair before and after the c to optical design hange of distance be drawn whether the system meets the design requirement.
