摘要
为研究某武器输弹机构的动力学特性,利用刚柔耦合分析方法和Adams软件建立该机构的动力学仿真模型.预测高速转动情况下该机构的动力学性能,为设计人员进行结构设计及优化提供参考依据.该方法在产品设计时可以预先验证产品的性能,提高设计质量,减少试制次数,缩短研制周期.
To study the dynamics characteristics of a weapon feeding and ramming mechanism, the dynamic simulation model is built using rigid-flexible coupling method in Adams. The dynamics performance of the mechanism under the condition of high-speed rotation is predicted to provide reference for the designer to design and optimize the structure. The performance of the products can be validated in advance by the method. The design quality is improved, the trial frequency is reduced, and the development cycle is shorten.
