直驱式风电机组发电机转子支架强度分析

Strength analysis on generator rotor support of direct-driven wind turbine generator systems

摘要 为实现某直驱式风电机组发电机转子支架的强度设计要求,应用有限元软件和疲劳分析软件,研究有限元方法在极限强度和疲劳强度分析中的应用.基于HyperMesh建立直驱式发电机有限元模型,采用MSC Nastran计算分析转子支架的极限强度.在极限强度不满足强度设计要求的情况下,对转子支架的结构进行优化.基于疲劳分析软件,计算分析转子支架的疲劳损伤.最终得到优化后的转子支架设计满足强度设计要求. To implement the strength design for the generator rotor support of direct-driven Wind Turbine Generator System (WTGS), the finite element software and the fatigue analysis software is used to study the application of finite element method in the analysis of ultimate strength and fatigue strength. The finite element model of the direct-driven generator is established based on HyperMesh and the ultimate strength of the rotor support is calculated by MSC Nastran. When the ultimate strength do not meet the design requirement of the strength, the structure of rotor support is optimized. The fatigue damage is calculated and optimized by fatigue software. Finally, the optimized structure is satisfied with the design requirement of the strength.
