摘要
基础研究是国家科学研究体系的重要组成部分。基础研究必须遵循国家目标。我国改革开放的进程施行了一系列的经济政策,对我国基础研究的开展和自主创新能力的形成产生了重大影响。随着经济转型愈加迫切,我们应当重新认识基础研究扩散的特点,在基础研究领域调整相关政策,加大投入,以基础研究推动产业升级,提高自主创新能力,这对我国经济转型和突破危机都具有重要意义。
Fundamental researches are an important part of a country＇s scientific research system and should be in line with the country＇s objectives. A series of economic policies have been carried out during the reform and opening-up, exerting great influences upon the conduct of fundamental researches and formation of independent innovation ability. As the economic transition becomes more and more urgent, understanding about the diffusion features of fundamental researches should be renewed. Related policies should be adjusted, and more investments are required, which are of great significance for China to realize economic transition and breakthrough crisis.
