摘要
采用HPLC法测定头孢泊肟酯原料的含量 ,色谱条件为 :Shim Pack苯基柱 ,用 0 .0 0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾 (pH 6 .5) (甲醇 乙腈 =75∶2 5) =6 1∶39为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 0nm ,头孢泊肟酯在2 0～ 2 50 μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系 (r =0 .99999) ,平均回收率为 99.86 % ,RSD =0 .35% (n =9)。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of Cefpodoxime Proxetil. The chromatographic conditions were: Shim Pack Phenyl column, with 0.005 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH 6.5) (methanol acetonitrile=75∶25)=61∶39 as mobile phase, detected at 260 nm. Within 20～250 μg/mL, Cefpodoxime Proxetil had a good linearity(r=0 99999). The average recovery was 99.86%, with the RSD of 0.35%(n=9).
