摘要
扣件式钢管模板支撑体系是目前建筑工程施工现场应用最广泛的支撑形式,但是在其施工应用中,承载力和稳定性受人为影响大,存在一定的安全隐患。文章从材料质量和搭设施工两个方面调查了施工现场扣件式钢管模板支撑体系存在的问题,并对调查结果进行统计分析,按各调查因素合格率情况进行先后排列,为施工过程中重点控制关键因素提供决策依据。
Human impact has significant effect on stability of formwork support with fastener steel tube, so that the hidden trouble in safety will be inevitable in this kind of formwork support. A survey of the formwork support with fastener steel tube on construction site was conducted, which involved the formwork supports＇material quality and erection construction. Factors sequencing was performed based on measurement results to provide basis for decision making on critical control key factors.
