摘要
讨论了置顶式基础制动单元安装方式,分析了这种安装方式的螺栓受力,给出了螺栓强度校核和制动器相对构架是否滑动的计算方法,指出这种计算方法能够确保螺栓的强度满足基础制动单元的最恶劣工况。
This paper discusses the way of set-topping assembly of brake unit, analyses forces on the bolts by the assembly type,proposes the calculation method on the strength of bolts and slippage if exists between the brake unit and the bogie frame, and points out that the calculation method is able to ensure that these bolts' strength meet the worst operating mode of brake unit.
