摘要
目的:就100例复杂性视网膜脱离术后的护理进行探讨。方法:选取笔者所在医院2008年1月-2011年1月所收治的100例复杂性视网膜脱离患者作为研究对象,100例复杂性视网膜脱离患者均采用手术的方式进行治疗。随机将其分为对照组和护理组,每组50例,对照组在手术之后采用常规的护理方法。护理组采用人性化护理方式。结果:护理组经过上述人性化护理之后,显效43例(86%),有效6例(12%),无效1例(2%),总有效率98%,对照组,显效33例(66%),有效5例(10%),无效12例(24%),总有效率76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理组干预后,抑郁、恐惧、焦虑、紧张等现象大幅度降低,可见该医院人性化护理效果良好。结论:应该为患者提供全面、全程、专业、人性化的护理服务,提高患者的满意度,体现护士的专业价值。
Objective： To discuss the 100 cases of complicated retinal detachment surgery.Methods： Admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011, 100 cases of complicated retinal detachment patients as research subjects, 100 cases of complicated retinal detachment patients were treated with surgery treatment.Randomly divided into a control group and care group, 50 patients in the control group patients after surgery using conventional of care.50 cases care group humane care.Results： Care patients after the humane care, effective and 43 patients （86%） and effective clinical symptoms in 6 cases （12%）, invalid 1 （2%）, the total efficiency of 98%, and control patients were cured, 33 cases （66%）, 5 cases （10%）, 12 cases （24%）, with a total efficiency 76%, with a significant difference（P〈0.01）, nursing patients after the intervention, depression, fear, anxiety, tension is significantly reduced, indicates that the hospital humane care to good effect.Conclusion： It should provide patients with a comprehensive, full, professional, humane care, improve patient satisfaction, reflecting the value of nurses ＇professional.
