壳聚糖/明胶磁性微球的反相悬浮乳液包埋法制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 在油包水(W/O)体系中,采用反相悬浮乳液包埋法,以戊二醛为交联剂,实现了壳聚糖和明胶(Gs/Gel)微球对Fe3O4磁性粒子的包裹.其制备的磁性微球粒径在3~8μm范围,分散性和磁响应性良好;磁性微球可较好地吸附BSA和亲和层析兔抗β-CN IgG,对后者的吸附率在48h稳定后可达到42.75%,为实验室制备高质量免疫磁性微球奠定了基础. Used the inverse emulsion embedding and glutaraldehyde crosslink method to pre- pare chitosan/gelation magnetic microsphere in W/O system, in order to achieve the purpose of embedding of magnetic Fea 04. The results show that the magnetic microspheres with par- ticle size of 3-8 μm, and having a good dispersibility and magnetic response. The magnetic microspheres adsorption of BSA and affinity chromatography of rabbit anti-β-CNIgG have good results. Wherein the affinity chromatography rabbit anti-β-CNIgG adsorption rate can reach 42.75% after 48 h, good adsorption of IgG makes it have the potential of the prepara- tion of innunomagnetic microspheres.
