摘要
针对催化剂污水装置污泥系统存在的问题开展了板框式压滤机中试试验研究,选择了3种不同的工况进行试验分析,研究影响该工艺高效脱水的主要因素,即滤布类型、进泥时间、药剂投加量、进料压力、吹扫风压等.试验结果表明,3种工况下,板框式压滤机出水悬浮物含量较低,最低可达到28mg/L、滤饼含水率平均值在65%以下、上清液SS平均值在100mg/L以下,均能满足装置运行要求,其中源水试验优势较为明显.实践证明,板框式压滤机应用于催化剂污水处理装置,成功解决了催化剂污泥流动性差、颗粒细等困扰污泥系统稳定运行的难题,也为该装置预处理系统改造提供了可靠的技术参数.
The paper is about the problems existing in the sludge system of the catalyst sew- age treatment unit, the pre-production test of plate and frame filter press have been carried out, and three different working conditions have been selected. The main factors which can influence high-efficient dehydration have been studied, i.e. filter cloth type, sludge feeding time, stuff usage, feeding pressure, purging wind pressure, etc. The results show that, un- der the three conditions, by using the plate and frame filter press can get lower SS, the mini- mum can be 28 rag/L; the filter cake moisture content is less than 65~~, the average content of SS in supernatant is below 100 mg/L. The experiments in these three conditions could meet the requirements, especially the test of source water. As is proved in practice that, the application of plate and frame filter press to the catalyst sewage treatment unit can success- fully resolve the problems that impact the stable operation of sludge system, like the sludge liquidity shortage and fine particle; and also provide reliable technical parameters for the pre- treatment system transformation of the catalyst sewage treatment unit.
