摘要
研究了高效液相色谱测定地表水中丙烯酰胺含量的方法。利用活性碳柱(CARB)固相萃取柱对水样进行前处理,反复试验,选择合适的固相柱、洗脱液及活化条件,通过高效液相色谱进行定量分析。该方法检出限为0.2μg/L,水质样品加标回收率为64%~68%,8次重复测定的相对标准偏差低于6.8%。本方法具有操作简便,准确可靠、精密度高等优点,可推广应用于地表水中丙烯酰胺含量的检测。
The paper investigated acrylamide meaurement in surface water, where determination was established hy CARB solid-phase extraction column combined with high performance liquid chromatography. Water samples were processed by the solid phase column, eluent and activation conditions, which were repeated, then quantitative analysis was completed by high performance liquid chromatography. The detected limit was less than 0.2 μg/L. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of acrylamide reported 64% - 68% and less than 6. 8% respectively. As the method possesses advantages of convenience, quickness, sensitivity and accuracy for aerylamide measurement of water samples, thus it can be widely applied to the acrylamide determination in surface water.
