摘要
在保持温度恒定的条件下,设置10%,25%,40%,55%,70%,85%,99%7个不同湿度点对石英滤膜进行称重分析,研究环境湿度对石英滤膜称量结果的影响。结果表明:空白石英滤膜重量随湿度升高而线性增加,相关系数为0.928,湿度每增加10%,空白滤膜平衡后重量增加57μg;样品滤膜上颗粒物样品重量越大,两极值点湿度条件下的增量越小;样品滤膜随湿度变化的增重,与颗粒物粒径和水溶性组分的比例有关。
This paper investigated quartz membrane weighing results affected by ambient humidity. Experiment conducted in a constant temperature, while humidity varied for different level, namely, 10%, 25%, 40%, 55%, 70% ,85% ,99%. Results indicated that, for blank quartz membrane filter, the weighting increased with the rise in humidity, the linear correlation coefficient registered 0. 928. In other words, for every 10% rise in humidity, the blank quartz membrane gained additional weight for 57 μg. However, for sampled quartz membrane filter, the heavier the sample, the smaller the extra weight gained during two extreme humidity points. It also finds that gained weighting influenced by particle sizes and soluble components characteristics likewise.
