摘要
目的 讨论如何减少超声乳化人工晶状体植入术并发症的发生。方法 对 2 19例 (2 2 5眼 )手术并发症及其原因进行了分析 ,并对防治措施作了初步探讨。结果 术中主要并发症为环形撕囊失败、后囊破裂及虹膜损伤。术后并发症为角膜水肿。发生的原因主要是病例选择不当、技术不熟练及操作经验不足。结论 超声乳化术成功的关键在于术者的手术方法和操作技巧 ,应充分了解常见并发症的原因及表现 。
Objective To discuss how to decrease the complication of cataract by phacoemulsification.Methods To analys the operative complications and causes on 219 cases (225 eyes) and to research preliminarily the prevention and treatment of the complication.Results The failure of circular capsulorhexis,the rupture of posterior capsule and iris injury were main operative complications.Postoperation were corneal endothelial edema.The major causes of complication were wrong choice of cases and inadequate skill.Conclusion The key to the success for phacoemulsification is the practises surgical methods and skill.Surgeons must know the reasons and symptoms of common complication well before the operation It can be effectively prevented and treated.
