摘要
基于社会系统理论,对当前河南省产业结构调整升级的现状、存在的问题及成因进行分析,从战略高度上提出加快河南省产业调整和产业转型升级的实施策略,为河南省政府及相关部门制定产业政策、优化产业布局、建立现代产业体系等,提供实证研究的理论依据和实施策略的参考架构。
The paper, based on the theory of social system, researched into the problems and the causes and effects of the status quo of the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading in Henan province, put forward from the strategic height the implementing strategies for accelerating the industrial structure adjustment and industrial transformation upgrading in Henan Province and provided theoretic basis for the empirical study and reference architecture for implementing the strategies for Henan provincial government as well as its relevant departments concerned to formulate industrial policies, optimize industrial layout and establish modern industrial systems.
