摘要
目的探讨采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,LC)的护理配合,总结护理经验,提高护理质量。方法收集2008年10月—2011年10月该院开展的腹腔镜胆囊切除术502例,对患者进行术前、术中、术后的护理配合。结果腹腔镜下胆囊切除术成功率达到100%,无中转开腹、术后感染、出血及电灼伤。结论细致、周到的护理配合是保证手术顺利进行的关键和保障。
Objective To explore the nursing cooperation and experience with laparoscopic cholecystectomy（laparoscopic cholecys- tectomy, LC）, sum up the experience of care, improving quality of care. Methods From October 2008 to October 2011 in our hos- pital laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 502 cases were treated with preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative care with. Results La- paroscopic cholecystectomy success rate of 100%, no conversion to open surgery, postoperative infection, bleeding and electrical burns. Conclusion Meticulous, attentive care with the key is to ensure the smooth operation and protection.
