基于LPC2103的电阻炉温度模糊控制器设计

摘要 为了使温度控制器的动态性能和稳态精度满足控制系统的要求,设计一种模糊温度控制器,包括温度检测电路,设定电路,显示电路,电源电路,PC机接口电路,温度测量采用Pt100热电阻,用软件实现温度的线性化,制作了温度控制器。电阻炉的温度控制实验结果该温度控制器满足系统控制要求。 In order to satisfied the dynamic and stable performance of the control system , design a fuzzy temperature controller, include the temperature test circuit, temperature set circuit, LCD circuit, power circuit and PC interface circuit. Pt100 is adopted to test the temperature of resistance furnace. The temperature controller is designed based on LPC2103. The test result of temperature shows that the controller has better performance than the traditional PID controller.
