摘要
目的鉴于此,为了进一步研究和比较传统治疗方法和无创正压机械通气治疗方法在治疗肺尘埃沉着合并呼吸衰竭中临床效果差异,从而为临床治疗实践提供指导和帮助。方法本文以我院2010年12月—2012年12月期间入院治疗的152例肺尘埃沉着合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,针对患者的相关临床资料进行了回顾性分析,按照患者采用治疗方法的不同,对患者进行了随机分组,分别为常规治疗组和无创正压机械通气治疗组。结果两组患者在实施不同治疗方法以后,在平均住院时间上,住院病死率上以及并发症发生率上,两组患者组间比较,常规治疗组患者各项指标均明显的高于无创正压机械通气治疗组患者的水平,且P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗肺尘埃沉着合并呼吸衰竭的过程中,与传统常规治疗方法相比较,采用无创正压机械通气治疗方法的临床治疗效果显著,是临床治疗肺尘埃沉着合并呼吸衰竭的安全可靠选择。
Objective In view of this, in order to further study and compare the differences of the clinical effect for traditional treatment methods and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of pulmonary Occupational merged with respiratory failure, and to provide guidance and help for clinical practice. Methods t52 cases of pneumoeoniosis calm complicated by respiratory failure patients in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object. The clinical data for the patents was taken for retrospective analysis. According to the differences of the treatment methods applied by the patients, the patients were divided into the conventional treatment group and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment group. Results After the implementation of different treatment methods, the average length of stay, hospital mortality and the incidence of complications compared between the two groups of patients, the indicators of the conventional treatment group were significantly higher than the level of non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation patients, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In clinical pneumoconiosis calm merger respiratory failure of the process, compared with the traditional conventional treatment methods, the treatment effect for using no-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation treatment methods is significant, and it is a safe and reliable choice for the clinical treatment of lung dust calm merged with respiratory failure.
