摘要 探讨低温对血液分析仪血小板计数的影响.方法 在10℃、25℃以血液分析仪进行血小板计数,观察计数结果及直方图,同时,以手工方法计数血小板,进行对比分析.结果10℃时血小板计数结果仪器法显著低于手工法(P<0.01),血小板直方图异常;25℃时仪器法计数结果与手工法一致(P>0.05),显示正常的血小板直方图;MPV10℃时值显著大于25℃时(P<0.01).结论 低温使血小板聚集而导致血液分析仪血小板计数结果显著偏低;观察血小板直方图及MPV参数,有利于对血液分析结果的可靠性作出判断.  Objective To survey the effection of low temperature in platelet count by blood analyser. Methods In 10℃ and 25℃ observe the results and curves of platelet during blood analysis while manual platelet count was done. Results In 10℃ platelet number counted by blood analyser was significantly lower than that counted by manual mathodP<0.01 while platelet curves showed abnormal change In 25℃ platelets counted by these two methods showed no significant differenceP>0.05 while platelet curves were normal. Conclusions Low temperature may cause platelets gather and effect platelet count It was available to observe platelet curves in blood analysis. 
