摘要
在原油和成品油输油管线上变频输油泵的使用消除泵管压差而产生的节流损失,降低了输油能耗,节约了电能,改善了工艺。因此有必要对变频输油泵机组的效率进行计算,但是在变频输油泵现场测试过程中电动机输出功率受现场影响无法直接测得,通常采用比例定律计算,但是误差较大。而微温差法很好的解决了这个问题,该方法以热力学能量守恒和转换原理为基础,克服了比例定律的局限性,根据焓是状态参数的特性计算变频输油泵机组的效率。现场测试表明,通过这个方法结合并必要的测试参数,能够快速、准确计算变频输油泵机组的能效。
Using frequency conversion oil transfer pump in pipeline of crude oil and refined oil can eliminatethe energy saving damage caused by pump-pipe depression differences, reduce the energy consumption, save electric energy and improve the process. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the efficiency of fre- quency conversion oil pump units. However, the motor output power of frequency conversion oil pump influenced by scene conditions is unable to be tested, which can be calculated by the law of proportionality with large error. The problem can be solved by micro temperature difference method. This method is based on the law of energy conservation and energy conversion of thermodynamics, which overcome the limitations of the law of proportionality according to calculate efficiency of frequency conversion oil pump quency conversion oil pump units could be calculated necessary test parameters. the characteristics of enthalpy as a state parameter to units. The field test showed that the efficiency of fre- rapidly and accurately by this method togeter with the necessary test parameters.
