摘要
在一款四缸十六气门非道路柴油机上,以塑形区域转角法作为该机型高强度螺栓的拧紧方法,为获得其缸盖螺栓和主轴承盖螺栓最终拧紧工艺数值,在样机上进行了多轮试验,对初始理论数值进行校正,试验结果最终确定了螺栓的拧紧工艺数值,并对今后初始理论数值的选取和其他重要连接件的高强度螺栓拧紧工艺有重要的指导意义。
On a four-cylinder non-road diesel engine with sixteen valves, high strength bolts are tightened using the control method of torque-angle. To study the tightening techniques of the cylinder bolts and the main bearing cap bolts, the initial theoretical torque and angle were emendated by repeated experiments on the prototype in order to discover the optimal tightening techniques. The results of emendation experiments can be taken as a significant guideline for choosing the initial torque and the tightening techniques of other im- portant belt joints.
