摘要
笔者从湖南文化产业发展的实际出发,先对湖南文化产业发展产生的经济效应、社会效应、规模效应提升城市人居生活质量路径作了内在的机理分析,并测度出湖南城市人居生活质量的综合评价值,结合6个文化产业的发展指标做了通径分析。计量结果显示,湖南文化产业的劳动生产率的提高、文化消费需求的增加、文化产业的技术进步对湖南城市人居生活质量的提升有显著的影响。另外,文化产业的资本投入的增加、对社会的就业贡献率提高和产业集聚程度的提高也是城市人居生活质量提升的重要路径。
This paper, which is based on the current situations of Hunan＇s cultural industry, firstly did some mechanism analyses about the economic effects, social effects and scale effects derived from the development of Hunan＇s cultural industry, and then it did path analysis by combining the comprehensive evaluation value of people＇s life quality with other six development indicators of cuhural industry. The outcome of the empirical analysis shows that the improvements of the cultural industrial production efficiency, increase of cultural consumption, and cultural industrial technology of Hunan province all have a positive effect on the life quality of urban inhabitation. In addition, the increase of capital investment, contribution rate of social employment and the degree of industrial agglomeration in cultural industry also are significant paths in improving the life quality of urban inhabitation.
