与眼镜架相关的儿童少年头眼部参数测量 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :为我国儿童少年眼镜架设计提供厦门地区儿童少年与眼镜架相关的头 -眼部 8项生理解剖指标正常值。方法 :对厦门市 5~ 17岁儿童少年 2 6 0 0人以电子数显游标卡尺、弯脚规和Hertel眼球突出计进行了瞳孔距离、眶距、耳根上点眶距、耳根上点间宽、眼球突出度、鼻高、鼻宽和鼻基根角的活体测量。结果 :厦门市 5~ 17岁儿童少年 8项生理指标分别为 :瞳孔距离 5 1.5 7~ 6 1.10mm、眶距 88.0 8~ 10 1.35mm、耳根上点眶距 6 3.0 6~ 79.86mm、耳根上点间宽 130 .6 5~ 147.96mm、眼球突出度 12 .91~ 15 .38mm、鼻高 43.5 7~ 5 5 .88mm、鼻宽 19.6 7~ 30 .6 5mm和鼻基根角 2 5 .5 2~ 31.83度。结论 :5~ 17岁儿童少年与眼镜架相关的头 -眼部 8项生理解剖指标处在生长发育的动态变化中 ,儿童使用的眼镜架必须以儿童少年相应年龄的头眼部生理解剖指标测量值汇总的平均值做为参考指标。 Objective:To provide head-related data for children and adolescents with normal eyes in Xiamen for the design of spectacle frames. Methods:The following measurements were obtained using a sliding gauge and ophthalmostatometry on children 5~17 years of age: The anthropometry of interpupillary distance (IPD), inter outer canthal distance (ICD), inter otobsion superius distance (IOSD), length of nose (LON), inter alare distance (IAD), frontal angle (FA), distance between otobsion superius and outer canthus (DBSC), and exophthalmus (EXOP).Results:The range of measurements were: IDP: 51.57~60.10mm, ICD: 88.08~101.35mm, LON: 43.57~55.88mm, ISD: 130.65~147.96mm, EXOP: 12.91~15.38mm, IAD: 19.67~30.65mm, FA: 25.52~31.83 in children and adolescents 5~17 years of age.Conclusion:The 8 spectacle frame designs were based on anthropometry data for children and adolescents 5~17 years of age. The spectacle frame should be designed according to a child's age and anthropometry data.
